As President of The Grimes Companies, Ike Sherlock is responsible for all aspects of the company’s aggressive operations and service/satisfaction attitude. Sherlock joined The Grimes Companies in 2006 and offers over 15 years of experience in transportation and logistics. He is an 12 year member of the corporate team and has 17 years of experience in transportation and logistics. He has received multiple National Carrier of the Year awards in the grocery industry. Bill Dorazio, Vice President of Sales

Bill Dorazio, Vice President of Sales

Bill Dorazio has served as Vice President of Sales for The Grimes Companies since March 2014. Dorazio is chiefly responsible for sales functions throughout the Southeast. Dorazio brings over 20 years of experience in Business Development and Marketing to The Grimes Companies and currently serves as President of the Transportation Club of Jacksonville (TCJAX).

Dusty Locke, Director of Operations

Dusty Locke Grimes third party provider logistics warehouses in Jacksonville, FL

Dusty Locke joined the Grimes Companies in 2014 and now serves as Director of Operations. In his position, Locke is responsible for warehousing, order fulfillment, customer service, and a full-service packaging operation. Locke has over 24 years of warehousing and logistics experience, including extensive distribution center management and food-grade warehousing.

James McMaster, Director of Transportation

James McMaster, Director of Transportation

James McMaster joined the Grimes Companies in 2012 and currently serves as Director of Transportation. McMaster carries over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry. McMaster joined Grimes as a dispatcher then shifted into the position of Transportation Manager operating the company assets. Outside of Grimes, McMaster is a committee member of Boy Scout Troop 549 and a legion member of the Moose lodge.

Ken Klicker joined The Grimes Companies in 2015 and currently serves as Director of Finance. Klicker has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Klicker is a CPA and received a BS degree from Florida State University and an MBA from the University of North Florida. In 2016 Klicker was selected as one of the JBJ's Annual Ultimate CFOs for his outstanding work at The Grimes Companies.

Tommy Grimes, Founder

Tommy Grimes, Founder

Thomas L. Grimes founded Grimes Warehouse Company in 1972 and transitioned the company into what is now The Grimes Companies. Tommy is a native of Jacksonville and a former Air Force Commissioned Officer. He received his BA from Emory University and his MBA from Jacksonville University. Tommy has served as the president/member of the board of the International Warehouse and Logistics Association, Southeastern Warehouse Association, Florida Warehousemen’s Association, Rotary Club of Jacksonville and as Governor of Rotary District 6970.
